In his past role at Wyeth Nutrition, Anthony helped transform the culture to ensure digital is incorporated early and throughout commercial operations. A part of key cross-functional teams, his stewardship on digital allowed the organization to leverage its impact in multiple areas such as the medical field force, brand, retail, packaging, and market research. Under Anthony’s leadership, Wyeth Nutrition has become one of Nestle’s most mobile ready businesses. In looking for niche opportunities to create differentiation from competition, Anthony’s entrepreneurial approach has led to the successful engrafting of ground-breaking start-up companies’ capabilities into Wyeth Nutrition. As part of his operational responsibilities, Anthony also managed the internal digital development team responsible for end-to-end delivery of global projects.
